When does the Black Friday promotion start?

Our official Black Friday event starts on Tuesday 26th November at 7.01am (GMT).

When does the Black Friday promotion end?

Our official Black Friday event ends on Tuesday 3rd December at 12.30pm (GMT), or while stocks last.

How long will my Black Friday order take to deliver?

Due to high demand all orders may take up to 2 working days to be dispatched.

UK Standard - Free on orders over £75 — 2-3 working days
UK Standard - £3.95 on orders below £75 — 2-3 working day

I didn’t receive my Order Confirmation email, was my order successful?

Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

If you reached the final checkout page confirming your order, please rest assured your order was successful.

Your next email from us will be confirming your order has been dispatched.

Why has my order not been shipped out yet?

Our warehouse team is working hard to have your orders packed and sent out on time however the volume of orders we receive over Black Friday means that some orders may be sent out more slowly than usual.

(If you still haven’t received an email confirming your order has been dispatched after the dispatch time frame, please contact us.)

Is an out of stock product coming back?

The quickest way to find out if an out of stock item is coming back is by using the ‘Email Me’ field on the product page to sign up to be notified as soon as it’s available.

You’ll receive an automated email as soon as more stock becomes available.

Can I use a promo code on items marked down (with Was and Now price)?

Promo codes are not redeemable on items on the site that have been marked down from their original price.

My promo code doesn’t work, what do I do?

During our official Black Friday promotion from Tuesday 26th November until 12.29pm GMT Tuesday 3rd December, promo codes are not redeemable on items with prices that are already marked down from their original price.

Promo codes will be redeemable again from 12.30pm GMT Tuesday 3rd December.

Can I use a promo code to purchase an E-Gift Card?

Promo codes cannot be applied to purchase an E-Gift Card.

However, you are able to redeem a promo code on an order when using an existing E-Gift Card.

The site is really slow, I can’t place my order.

If you are experiencing slow site speeds or pages not loading, please do not refresh the page as this is likely to slow it down even more. It’s best to close your browser window, wait a few minutes, and try to load the site again.

Can I return items I’ve bought during the Black Friday event?

Yes – orders placed between 21st November – 31st December are eligible for refund until 31st January.
